Anyone seen this fault before?

Seems like it’s sticking to the fep film each time it does a layer.... cleaned with tissue and wiped up with a micro fibre cloth after last use. Homed Z axi too.

We just set up our printer and went to use the slicing software to look at the test cube but when we open the file it does not display the cube in the slicer and only shows it in a pop up LCD viewer. Any suggestions?

My printer keeps turning off and resetting itself. Ive tried multiple files and different usb sticks. I've only had it for a short time. I've had a few successful prints then this started happening today.
