Latest successful prints - Replacement darts for the shoulder-mounted rocket launchers on a giant batman robot toy. Not mine, thankfully. The thing's as tall as my three-year-old.

Only took me about 20 minutes to get the basic form of the dart modelled in Fusion360. I then spent over 3 hours fiddling around trying different head designs......

Printed off four options to test-fit. As long as they work, next batch will be as many as I can fit on the build plate.

I suspect the Monocure Rapid Blue that I've used will be a little too brittle to work well. Maybe this is the excuse I've been looking for to buy some Flex that I can throw into the mix.

I've had my photon for a couple of weeks, and have been printing a few smaller things without too many issues. But now I have run into my first bigger problem -- I am trying to print two busts side-by-side. One of them prints, but the other one does not want to stick to the plate. I tried both anycubic green and grey, and the left bust failed on both.
What confuses me is that one sticks but not the other while their setup is really the same. I used the heavy auto support in ChiTuBox and added manual support as well, mostly at the bottom front. Do I need to add a raft to anchor them better to the plate?
The 2nd bust did print, but with some issues as well. Do I need thicker supports? Longer exposure time? With the grey I ran it at 0025, bottom: 8, 65s, Exposure:10s, Light Off: 4s.
The green I did 0.025, 8 60s, 8s, 3s.
Or is the position I have them in the problem?

I have a problem.. the black glass above the uv lamp ( the black one) got attached to the resin pool when i pulled it .. i cleaned it andò i set it black.. now when i push start print the lcd says error t100 lcd.. continue the print.. i hear the beep .. the support moves in the resin and then Nothing happens.. i updated the software but it doesnt work.. HELP!!

Heya. After my printers led screen started failing some months ago, i finally decided to replace it and i was wondering if you guys could help trpubleshoot an issue.

As you can see somethings very wonky is going on at the back of the character. He isn't supposed to have arms btw, so that's not part of the issue.

Hello!

I printed already almoust 6L of resin without any technical issues (ok, only with 1L orange resin i wasnt happy), only lubing leading screw changing FEP and no other maintenence. So im thinking maybe it is time to buy some spare parts which may be weared out. Or there is no sense to worry about. It is important for me to printer is always ready to print because there is some small commercial benefit for me.

ChiTuBox question. Is there a way to set the Photon as a default printer? When I input models onto the plane I can see that the area is much bigger than the Photon's. Like it's set for another unit. I've looked everywhere and there's nowhere that I can find to set it.
