Me again. Haha. So I just got a new photon today. I noticed the menu is a little different then my previous on I bought last February. I also noticed this new one is much faster! What is the reason for this? New firmware? I haven’t updated my other one.

Ive had 3 photons for over a year now and I have finally run into an issue that is not user caused. The motor for the zaxis has stopped working. Doesnt make noise, move, go to home nothing. I looked on anycubics website and did not see replacements for sale. Havent messaged them yet. Thought I would check here first and see if anyone has ran into this before.

Any idea why this would happen? I never post cured it as it was a failed print is that why it cracked? The other parts were printed after and with no cracking. I've printed a few dozen parts now and never seen this yet. Printed with the anycubic green that comes with the printer.
