Последовал совету , зачистил и зашлифовал мелкой наждачной бумагой на идеально ровной поверхности с 5 миллилитров дизельного топлива , для лучшего результата . Зерно наждачной бумаги 600.

Hello people.

Few weeks ago I posted a question asking why it wouldn't print and the general answers seemed to be a leveling problem.

After re-reading the manual and reading what everyone has put in her and watched youtube videos all doing the paper trick I'm still facing the same issue.

I've stripped the machine cleaned it thoroughly replaced the film layer and taken huge amounts of time leveling it and it still will not print a single thing. I have contacted the company but no reply

I am fully 100 % confident it is not a levelling issue so if your only answer you can think of leveling please just dont bother replying.

Has anyone noticed FEP sticking to the glass, and more of a thing - has anyone noticed print problems due to FEP sticking to the glass?

It's not resin. I have a lot of experience with resin printing am pretty familiar with resin leaking and sticking to LCDs. This is more like saran wrap sticking to a really clean flat surface.

I owned another printer with a very weak Z-axis, and basically what people found was that when you really *thoroughly* cleaned the surface of the FEP and LCD (no screen protector in this other printer!), the two would get stuck to each other. The LCD could then get damaged. Because the Z-axis was weak, as well, prints could fail because the Z-axis would skip steps.

The solution there was to either use tape to space the LCD or add a very thin layer of talc. I'm doing some fairly high resolution prints, though, so I don't want to risk all the extra stuff reducing my print resolution.
